i need to make a access program to enter the product data , i need to enter 4 numbers in 4 fields and the progeram should account the number of product sales and the price of thes type of product

this is the pic of the excel sheet that i want to convert it to access form

the proplem is i cant to make a one row contain 8 fields relate with it

when i create a form i make too much fields
