Pls help with this program

I have attached a program. Can anyone pls help.

1. The stock requisition program cannot link from master and child form

2. The Purchase contract sub form has some problem

The rest, if you can help me to solve, that is must appreciate.

Sorry, I've had a look but I can't help because it's not obvious how your application works.

1. The stock requisition program cannot link from master and child form

The master and child form aren't linked. If I drop the subform onto the main form, Access provides the master/child relationship I would expect. I don't know what you mean by the program.

2. The Purchase contract sub form has some problem

The product code links to a product master list that does not exist. It's impossible to know what other problems you are having.

I think that you have remenants of things you have abandoned all over your application, and it's not possible to work out what is meant to work and what is redundant. For example, there's a bunch of macros that don't work due to missing objects. What is the Stock Requisition -Sub Form Table meant to do, etc, etc.
