Point of Sale application

Does anyone have or know of where I can get an access based Point of sale application that I can modify to suit my needs. I am sure this has been done many times so do not need to reinvent the wheel. I need the source code included.

Database Creations sells one. If you buy the developer version of the software, you will have access to the underlying database and can modify it to suit yourself. The company also sell useful developer tools.
