I need help with a form that will pop-up based on a value that is in a field on my sub form.
Basiclly what I have is 3 fields that I am working with. The first is the "mile" field which has
the milage at the start, my second field is the "dismount_mile" which will have the milage when
it is removed. My third field "Text12" is a calculated field which does nothing more then take the
"dismount_mile" and subtract the "mile" value to get the difference. ( which is working ).
What I need to do is if the value in my calculated field is less then 100000 then I need a
form "frm_reason" to pop up and ask the user for additional information. I have tried the
following code but I know it is not right and it did not work.
Afterupdate
If Me.![Text12] > "100000" Then
DoCmd.OpenForm frm_reason acNormal
Else
End If
I have attached a copy of my DB which I hope will better explain it. Any help would be greatly apprecated
