Populated List Box

I would like to have a user click a button on the main form that will bring up a box or something with a drop down list box that has the list of records to choose from. I also want the user to be able to type a letter and have it go to the record that begins with that letter in the list box. I remember seeing this somewhere but I don't remember where. Not surprising given my memory. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Just put a Combo box on your form. Make sure the wizzard is turned on and select the third option "Find a record based on the value I select" (or something like that). The wizzard will walk you through the rest.

That sounded too easy! And you know how the saying goes.
Any idea why I would be getting the error "Active X Component can't create object". It happens after I select the fields I want to be include in my combo box. Thanks.

Just a guess but maybe the wizzard isnt installed. Anyone have another idea.
