I haven't used access for a long time so I am very rusty.

I have a few tables but I'll just use two for an example:

Table A
Ticket No
Part No
Defect Code
WorkCenter No
Clock No
(Ticket No is Primary Key)

Table B
Clock No
Supervisor
Employee
(Clock No is Primary Key)

Is there a way for me to create a form, that when Clock No is entered it will be placed in both tables?

Thanks in advance.

Depending on what you're trying to do, you may not have your database set up correctly.

Does each Clock No have only one Supervisor and Employee?

i.e. ClockNo=1, Supervisor=Smith, Employee=Jones
ClockNo=2, Supervisor=Bush, Employee=Blair

If it does, then ClockNo in Table A should be a lookup field on Table B and the main form will be Table A with Table B as the subform (ClockNo will be the parent/child link fields)

One Clock No does have only one Supervisor and one Employee. Can you explain what you mean to me a little more. I am not sure if I understand how lookups work. Does the Table B already have to have the data in it? All tables will be starting out empty.
