Is there a way to use a "pre-printed form" with Access such as a purchase order or delivery ticket?

If you mean printing on an already hard-copied form then yes, this is easy, just create a report and position the required controls on the report, where they should be on the pre-printed form. This may take a little bit trial and error though to get the positioning spot on as I've found the rulers not always accurate enough.

I have a similar, but different question...

I have 2 "hard copy" forms I need to print reports to, but one of the "hard copy" froms is a two sided form (unfortunately required). Here is where I see my problem:

The front of the from is a sort of register: Date, Trancode, Desc, money in, money out, etc. AND a sub total of INs and OUTs at botton of page(easy enough to print to), but the back is half a page of register entries (continuation of front) AND then second half is a summary of all totals by tran code.

Here comes the question: How can I limit the report to only print a certain number of records in the first page AND then continue on the second page up to half the page?

I'm guessing I have to HARD limit the number of records on both first page and second page...but the question is how do I do it? is it possible??

Some how I think I will have to create two reports or something, but I don't truly know.

If anyone can send me in the right direction I would really appreciate it! Any link or recommendation is welcome!

I did do a seach and only found this post closely related. :(

Thanks!

René
