prevent duplication in table

hi all,
i have a table called tbl1. in this table i have field month, year, or trainee.
is it possible that above mentioned three field found same data table automatically delte those rows. so i found only unique data. or their is another way to make this possible.

No, it is not possible for a table, it is possible for a query, a 'Delete' query.

Your title asks for one thing, but your post another. Do you want to prevent these or clean them up after the fact?

To omit them, use the DELETE query method.
