Prevent the possibility to restoring window

How can I prevent the possibility to restoring window when it's opened on MAXSIMIZED mod? The control box with Minimize, Restore always there... (Access 2007)​

Don't run 2007 but in previous versions, in Design View, you'd go to Properties - Format and set Min Max Button Property to None.
