Prevent users from seeing design view of a form (re-enable)

First off, I moved this to its own thread. It is best to do that than to post to a 9 year old thread.
Second, what did you do to disable the startup stuff? Did you use the Disable Bypass Key code as well? If not just hold shift down when starting the database and hold it down until it starts. If you did, then just do a search for ENABLE Bypass Key code and you should find what you need.
