Hi,

I'm in the process of distributing my database to different offices. One problem I'm having is that when somedody previews a report it looks for my printer set up and displays a big ugly message. Is there a way I can simply get the report to use the default printer without dislaying this message?????

Thanks very much,

SteveD

I don't know if this is what you are after, but I saw on another bulletin board a similar topic, how to change defauly printer settings in VBA code in Access. If this can be done in code to change the settings from portrait to landscape or whatever, you can probably change the default printer setting as well. The comments were posted 10/16/2001 at helptalk.com. Hope this leads you to an answer.
