Print Access Certificate

I need to print a report that looks like a certificate, with the Scroll Border. When I paste in a Microsoft clipart boarder, access cuts off right side. Page setup is set to letter size paper landscape. Any suggestions will be helpful...

Reduce the width of the clipart

When I insert the clip art boarder it is only about 4", when I stretch it to fit letter size and landscape the right side get cut off.
When I use word template via microsoft.com for a certificate, and copy and past the boarder, it cuts it off at 8.5 inches. The page is set to landscape letter size.
