I have a form with multiple tabbed subforms that my employees will complete. What I would like is the last tabbed page to be my “To Print” page. They would go to that page and print out the required report to be printed. The main form is where all the data is entered, but depending on certain situations they will print out different reports. My question is how do I set up a button to print:
Button One---Report One-----which consist of only report A
Button Two---Report Two----which consist of Report A and Report B
Button Three--Report Three--which consist of Report A, Report B, and Report C

All report and forms are associated with “reportnumber”

I would like to have my employees stay in the “main form” and just push button to print and not have to enter any additional information.

I have all of my reports ready to be printed

Thanks for the help

The button wizard will help you do this but if you are interested in how to do it yourself, look up the openreport method in VB help.
