Print everything related to a record

Hi:

I have a main form that has 3 subforms on it, a button on the main form that opens another form(lets say form1) related to the current record on the main form and users also add word n excel documents to the main form, it does not import the documents but just stores the path. Users want that with one print button on the main form they should be able to print all the data for the current record on the main form and data related to that record i.e. all the subforms, form1 and the path of all the documents related to that record.

Is there a way to do that?

Ekta,

Just as you have one main form, and related subforms, your report can
have one main report and related subreports.

Use the Search Facility here and look for subreports, you should find
some examples.
