I have form containing a pivot chart which I am trying to print.
When I alter the selection criteria the form looks OK in the print preview but when printed out, uses the selection criteria when the form was loaded.
Any ideas how to "refresh" the underlying query.

Boys, oh boys, oh boys.
Someone must have an answer or thread I can look at?

I've tried the Me.Requery in every possible place I can think of to no avail. Nowt worked!

Let me explain this better.
I have in a main form, a subform, pivot chart view.
Users change the selection criteria on the pivot chart. The view changes to reflect this new selection.
The user clicks on a command button on the main form to fire off a report again with the pivot chart embedded. The report then previewed, shows the criteria when the form was loaded, not the new criteria. Close the form, reopen and hey presto, you can print with the new criteria.
Rich suggested Me.Requery. Believe me, I have put this on every logical Event Procedure on both form and subform and the print command button to no avail.
This must be possible.
Advice from anyone to get round this would elevate them to the status of a God in my opinion.

new, need help

Can someone please tell me how to start a new thread? I thought it would be ovious, but maybe I have overlooked how to do so. Thanks in advance!

Go to the top of this page, Click on Forms, next to your Welcome Name
The next page you see will have the "Post new thread" link on the LHS
Don't suppose you can help me with this then?

thanks, sorry I can't be of more help

Thanks for showing me how to start a new thread, I wish I had an answer to your question, but am very new to access. Good luck:)
