Print Report using Cascading Combo Boxes on Form

I know there is someone out there that can figure this out....but I sure cannot.

I have a Form (PrintReports) that uses Cascading Combo Boxes to 1) Choose the Report (GM Financial, GM List, GM Log), 2) Select the Year (ALL, 2008-2009, 2009-2010, etc), and then 3) Select the Sort Option (Name, Number, Code, Date). From there I wish to either Preview or Print the Selected Report.

I've attached the DB....can someone PLEASE help me in figuring this out? Feel free to make changes to my DB.
