print reports and labels through form cmd_buttons

Hey,
Having a little troubles in connecting command buttons on forms to print a report and labels. I understand that I can tell cmd buttons to open a report and things like that, but i am curious how i put a button on the button of a form( lets say when a trouble ticket is complete and I want to print off the report of all issues encountered and what was done.) How do I call that report design and print from a different layout form. The reason why I am not just going to print the current form is because I need to call in a records from an incidents table and records from a customers table. any suggestions or examples would be great.
