Hi everybody,

Can anyone help me how to show printer icon on report (print preview). Now I have to right click on report so that i can print my report. I just want the printer icon show on my report.

It should be there as default in the ribbon if you're using Access 2007 and above, or in the menu bar, pre 2007.

when i set pop up to 'No' then menu bar appear but now i set popup to 'Yes'. any suggestions?

So what menu bars show when it's set to yes?

Do you have a custom menu bar or tool bar? Do you have Modal set to Yes?

when popup set to 'yes' there is no menu bar. no, i dont have any custom menu bar or toolbar... modal set to No.

Show us a print screen of the report when pop-up is Yes.

There are no toolbars or menu bars available when a pop-up report is MAXIMISED. Restore it and you will see the tool bar behind. The restore button is the one next to the 'X' button on the top right corner of the report.

owh... so i have to resize the popup if set it to 'restore'... mmm... can i create a print button on the report?

No worries.

Create the report without the popup and let the users use the zoom function if they want it bigger.
