Printing a blank form

I have created a form from a table. I want to print just a blank version of my form for people to fill in by writing in it. How do I get a blank version to print? Thank you.

Can't you just go to a new record and print that if all you need is the fields to be empty?

I cannot get the blank record to print. It only prints the filled in records even when I am on a new empty record when I go to print.

How about Alt-Print Screen the form.

Then Paste onto a blank Word Document?
