printing a form like in excel datasheet

I really would like to print out a report for a simple sign-in sign-out sheet.
The report contains name (which the result from a query), time-in, signature, time-out, signature.

The question is:
But I would like to make it like excel borders and gridlines.

All data wrapped in a bordered box. Something like the Data Sheet grids (no double lines for each border).

I hope that would explain a lot.

Sounds like the best thing you can do here would be to design a report.
