How do you print a .pdf file in a report? All I get is the Adobe icon. If it can't be done- what is the best way to convert these files to print automatically when a report is run?

I know you can print to a pdf file by setting your default printer to Adobe. I've also come across a description on how you can code your database to select different printers but have never used it.

I'm wondering if anyone knows how in one procedure you can have a report printed to a pdf file and inserted into an email.

Any ideas?

Look at this site: http://www.daneprairie.com

Download the software and use it for free but you will get a page tagged on to the back of the report. It also gives you the code to name your files etc.
