I think I get it. The auditor's want to know what data you are collecting? Possibly to ensure some compliance to privacy, HIPPA, or whatever you are in the business of doing?

A screenshot of sorts (Snag It works well) should satisfy them if that is the question. That way you have a picture of each tab to demonstrate the data you are collecting - NOT the data you are collecting.

In this sense, just give them the configuration of your underlying table and your relationships?
