Printing to PDF with hyperlinks

Hello,

I'm currently using a crystal report that generates a hyperlink when our business system process a quote (it identifies the part orders and generates a URL based on the particular part ordered).

When I print this report to PDF the hyperlink is not retained, and only plain text is present. When saving the the file to PDF from crystal reports directly instead of printing it will maintain the hyperlink, unfortunately this isn't a viable solution as our business system will "print" quotes when they are completed.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

I am not sure. I did a quick test with CR XI and Adobe XI using a text box and it worked. I did notice a note when creating the hyperlink, it has to be a internet web site (i.e., http://, https://, etc.),
