Thanks again, It is much better and I will take advice from anybody whoon this forum are obviously much more experienced than myself because I am very new to databases. I like the way you explain everything youve changed in your posts becasue Id rather that than somebody just changing my db and saying there you go its fixed because it gives me a chance to read through it and look into the methods that you have used which is great for my learning. Also it will stop me making mistakes like these in the future. Id much prefer to use the yes / no dropdown but I was going with checkboxes becasue it was the only way I really knew how to do it.
