(Problem) Add record

i am new user of ms Acess. I want to develope a program which can add record into my database. The problem is i had created the form but i don't know how to do the coding! could you guys post me some easy sample on how to add a records into db. Thanks... :)
 
The easiest way would be to add a command button from the toolbox. The wizard should start automatically. Select "Add New Record".

ya, i get it..
Another Question.. i have an option button. But when i click on one of the option button, the rest of 2 option button will selected too..how to make only 1 selection will be selected if i click on the option button? is it i need to do setting on its property?

ya, i get it.I still have some Question:
1)How can i clear selection (Tick) in check box?
2)I would like to do SEARCH. Can i found wizard which start automatically from command button from the toolbox? (just like "Add New Record")
3) How i can i edit and save my searched record in my subform?
