Found a pocket of time to test it out. I was able to combine portrait letter size, landscape legal size and landscape letter size together in one pdf file and the onscreen views looked as expected each page had the proper orientation and did not appear to have been squeezed. Like I mentioned, this code was set up with Acrobat, so not sure if it will work on a system without acrobat installed. If you'd like the code, I can provide it, it is essentially what is from the link I provided, I added code onto it to automate the combining of many reports into one file.
