In Access 2000 I have set up a Report generated from a Table (the Report also includes a subForm from the Form of the same Table). I've placed a button at the foot of the Form to Print the associated Report. On pressing the button I want to print ONLY the Report for a single record - but I get multiple records' Reports printed out.
What can I do to make it print out ONLY the one Report of the one Record/Form? Thanks.

You have to select the record you want by using a query. This SQL will give you the idea. SELECT [YourTableName].[PrimaryKey], *
FROM [YourTableName]
WHERE ((([YourTableName].[PrimaryKey])=[Enter an ID No]));

Aha...finally something I can help with...
I print from FORMS directly.
Create your report, then go into DesignView of the report and create an UNBOUND FIELD and then go in and point the UNBOUND FIELD to grab it's data from the open FORM using the EXPRESSION BUILDER. It is really nice if you don't know SQL...
Like some of us...
:-(
