Question problem in message box font

I have a database access 2010(a time sheet system for Personnel daily work) and 10 users work it. some users work on windows xp and some other work on window 7 ultimate. all of them have no problem but just for 2 of the users with win7, there is a strange problem: the font of all message boxes and the font of objects in header or footer form, the other font is displayed that you can see it : ÑßæÑÏí íÏÇ äÔÏ
the font that I am using in all the forms is B Nazanin that it is a persian font. also I write the message text in persian language.
please help me.

Does XP and Windows 7 both support B Nazanin font? and more importantly do both your versions of Access on each PC support that font package?

yes,both of them support,because in one form just header and footer has this problem and other object on form with B Nazanin font have not problem.
and about access version, I will check it but I think I have one version.
