Problem Using Table On Report

I have a report that shows a schedule for a student. It draws data from a table of students and a table with class schedule information and a table that is used to sort class records by weekdays.

I have added a table of static text descriptions for a list that appears on the schedule. These descriptions change frequently enough that putting the text on the report proper is a pain.

When I try to add fields from this table to the report I get a prompt box open asking me to relate the fields on the "text" table to another table on the report. But there is no relationship. I am unable to put the fields on the report.

Is it a table with one record, or multiple records? If one, you may be able to add the table to the query without a join. Otherwise, you're either looking at a DLookup() to fetch data or perhaps a subreport.
