I have trouble with this Tracking Program I am trying to get it going. When all the fields are entered correctly in the Data Entry Form and I try to Add Record to the table some fields convert to False and the record date and due date change to 12/31/99 in the table. It does not correctly add records to the table and I get error message as follows:
Microsoft Access can't Append all the records in the append query.
Microsoft Access Microsoft Access set 1 field(s) to Null due to a type conversion failure, and it didn't add 0 records due to key violations, etc.......
Also I cannot leave Completion Date field empty as user would like to enter the Completion Date field at a later date when the job is completed using Update Form
I am using Access 97
Any help would be appreciated.
