Problem with querying date range in query form

I am working on a query form, in which user can enter three parameters: date range (datefrom field, and dateto field), 1st selection of category (a drop-down menu, multi-selection enhanced), 2nd selection of category (a drop-down menu, multi-selection enhanced. By clicking command button, user can choose whether the result show in query table, or in a report. It didn't work... the error has something to do with the date criteria. If I remove the date criteria, i.e. just allowing selection of two categories, it works perfectly fine.

I've checked out many postings in this forum, but it doesn't take me far... below is the code, please please help....
Note: the cmdOK is the name of the command button for presenting results from query table.

Two more questions, please help!

The code in the first posting works well. But, I have two more problems.

(1) I have just noticed that I've made a mistake. I want the date range criteria to be used at last. This means, based on the query results from the first two criteria, in which users can choose "and" or "or", the user would then apply the date range criteria. I've tried to use filter, but it doesn't work. I note that it works with "And", but not "Or". So, please what to do?

(2) I'd like to have another command button on the same form. The code on the first posting allows me to open the query table direct. What can I do in order to open a report.

I urgently need help... your help will be greatly appreciated.
