Problem with the Code Page

i have a problem with the code page. i built a database on an Hebrew version of access and iy is not working on the English version. when im changing the ragional settings of the computer with the englisg settings to hebrew settings it works.( but i need somehow to change the database and not all the computer settings, it's not make sense)

how can i change code page in existing access file? i need to change somehow the code pages in the VBA so it could fit the settings of all computers
