problems in access database using russian language

i got in my web page a data base that uses 3 diferent languages
: portuguese, english, and russian

portuguese and english is showed ok but russian is showed like this: "?????????????????"

the hosting where i got my page says that the problem is no on the server but on the access database, i alread tryed to solve the problem but i can't

can some one give me a help
