Problems running query in form

Hi Everyone,

I have a table consisting of Name, Total amount spent and Total amount earned.

I want a form that will query the amount earned and show all customers that have have over that amount. I then want to export to excel for upload to a bulk email system.

I have done this with other form for different data and its worked fine however in this occasion it doesn't seem to work.

Would anyone mind having a look at the attachment and let me know where I am going wrong?

I really appreciate all help and advice offered.
