Problems when printing my reports

Hi,

When printing records arranged in rows and columns only the first row prints with the given format (font, fonts size, etc), the rest of the rows print in a different font, and size making the data cramp up with in the cell. I have tried different formats and the same happens all the time.

Is this a problem with my report? Has anyone else found this problem before? Please advise.
