Problems with Percent Format

I have a basic form with a percent field that is giving us trouble. If I enter "95" it gives me "9500%" and if I enter ".95" it gives me "100%". If I enter "1" it gives me "100%" and anything below ".51" gives me 0%.

I'm guessing your field is a Long Integer or Integer, set the format (at table level) to Double or Single.

And from here:Percentage format displays a percent value - that is, a number multiplied by 100 with a percent sign. Displays two digits to the right of the decimal place.
