Progess Bar (or equivalent)

Hi,

I have some code that takes quite a while to run. It is accessing Outlook public contacts and is set on a 'Do Until'

Due to the time it takes, i wanted to give the user an indication of how much has been done/is left by displaying a percentage progress bar. Does anyone know of any good articles on how to do this?
