Protecting WorkSheets in Access 200 VB

I have small yet annoying problem I work for a company who uses Access to perform a number of tasks one is a staff hours log. The staff hour log is filed in though an excel spreadsheet. The excel spreadsheet is then imported into the database through VB code. After each spreadsheet is imported I want to be able to protect all of the contents within the excel 2000 workbook by using the VB program.
 
Please can you provide the code you are using currently?
