hi there. i am REALLY sorry if this is the wrong place to post this - i really do apologise. but i hope it is posted in the correct forum
basically in my coursework, i am stuck on a question. This question says:
"e) Write an outline spec for an enquiry program to support the above query"
and that query was to find out what supervisor was supervising a particular gas container
now - i have done this and did it in access to see if i got the correct answer and i have done. Remember - all this stuff we do here will never require to be inputted into a database at all.
www.technosoft2000.co.uk/entity.jpg
i think all of this is correct - it should be.
anyway - i know what the access paths are to find out what supervisor is supervising a particular container and i know it works fine but this question (e) is not clear on exactly how to do this.
i mean are we meant to write it so the person who is using MS Access knows what to do? or what?
i just dont know how to start it off so that it makes sense.
any help please?
