Hi there,
I am planning to develop a database to monitor th stove production.
I have production table contains 2 fields, called From No. and To No. Since there are a number of pieces of product produced on daily based. eg. I have 100 pieces, every piece needs a unique serial number. If i enter the first serial number into From No. field and last serial number into To No. field.
My question is that: is it possible for access to pull out those serial numbers in a range from those fields and pace them in either query?

Does anyone have a clue?

I think your structure is wrong, you should consider putting the serial numbers in the same field and use a separate field to identify whether the content is “from” or “to” I would have thought something like this:
Date:----- from or to:----- serial number:
June21st ----From --------------1000
June21st ----To --------------1100

Thank you for above sample. that is close to what i am after. Imagine that there are many stoves produced a day. I like to put eg. 100 stoves under a unique lot no. I am lazy to enter the serial no. for all stoves since they have same characteristic. I only like to eg. 2BT00001 (sn) into Fromno. field and 2BT00100 (sn) into Tono. field. eg.
2BT00001
........
........
........
2BT00100

Is there a way to show/populate serial no from 2BT00001-2BT00100 in either query or form automatically?
PS. so sorry, i should have made it clearer in the beginning.
Do you have any idea please?
