Put excel on top from minimized

I seem to have overcome most problems except this one.
Having opened Excel I have now minimized it and am now looking at some other application, Internet explorer or even a 3rd party product.

At a set time using code a message box is created but I casn not see it as Excel is not on top of the other applications.

How do I get Excel to go from minimized to being on top of everything else using code?

Bit of a work around seems to be to make sure some of the desk top is visible. when Excel then comes from minimised it is on top of everything else.
