put n:m relationship into form

Hi!

Originally I had a 1:n relationship (method 1 ---- n topics). I realized I needed a n:m relationship, therefore I created a help table.

method 1 ---- n methodTopicLink n -----1 topic

how do I create a form in order to manipulate the methods and topics at once? do I need two subforms?

I would like to choose a method and then assign a topic to the method.
But concurrently it shall be possible to assign to the new topic already existing methods and store them in the database.

Does that make sense. I want to go in both directions at once.
