I have a problem with a shortage report i made. I have a item header and footer in this report that the report sorts by. The report is supposed to tell me the jobs that are short the item i am sorting by which it does. But i also want the report to tell me all the purchase orders that are out for this specific item. I put the purchase order information in the item footer. The way i have the report set up it will tell me all the orders short this specific item but only one purchase order we have out for this item. If i put the purchase order info in the detail section of the report not only does the report look awful but it repeats purchase orders over and over again. Any suggestions?
