Query attached to form

I have a form that is attached to a query. I want this form to add an Attendance ID, the consumer ID and child ID will be automatically entered because the Attendance ID is an autonumber and the other two are linked to parent forms and will be filled in based on the ID's of the parents.

The rest of the fields should auto populate based on the Class ID that is entered. The problem is that this doesn't work. HELP!!!

Bob - I'm sorry! It says I can't because there are things that rely on the 2007 version.
