query by form to make records

I've seen a lot of answers about these questions, but I need a little help combining all of these. I have a little experience with access, but not too much.

I'm trying to make a form to search one field (Zone) to return 10% of the results from another field (Location) from table "all locations" in random order on a continuous form. These results would make one record into a different table "Warehouse Storage Audit" for additional data entry/editing. The fields in the later table are named the same as the first.

That does help. I've just gotta figure out how to incorporate it with the rest of the issues. lol
