Local time Today, 02:09 Joined May 22, 2002 Messages 2,209 Jan 4, 2003 #2 Try this in a column in the query grid (using the correct date field name):- Field: Format([DateField],"m/yy") Show: uncheck Criteria: [Enter m/yy] When the query is run, input 12/02 for December 2002, 1/03 for January 2003, etc.
