Query error

Hey

I have a table with a field called Monthly Rental cost. The data type of the field is currency>Euro. The values in this field are 300, 400 and 500 Euro

For the criteria I have "300" but

When I try to create a query for each of the values I get The following error message

Data Type mismatch in criteria expression

Any help on how to solve this would be appericated

Access thinks that "300" is a text value as it is in quotes. But in 300 without the quotes amd then Access will know it is a number.
