I’m looking to filter the data in a “Store Location” table using a select query, but I’m having a spot of bother getting the filters to work.
The data is a simple store number/address setup with a traffic light system to show the condition of four pieces of equipment within each store. The traffic light options are Green, Amber, Red and N/A. I have a form with four combo boxes, one for each piece of equipment, with a value list as follows; All, Green, Amber, Red, N/A. Also on the form is a sub form linked to my “StoreFilter” query.
What’s happening is when I select say Red from combo 1 all the stores with equipment piece 1 in the red are displayed. It’s when I then want to show “All” the stores again that I’m having problems, I can’t get them to display.
Any ideas as what I should be writing in the criteria boxes of my query to get this to work?
I’m away from my computer for a few days now so please bear with me.
