query from a form

Help! I'm a beginner. I've setup a database to be used by our purchasing guys. One table has info about vendors, order date, etc. I need for the receiving guys to be able to query the table by purchase order number. How do I create a form that will query fields in another table?

If you use the wizard to create a form you you can choose multiple ("more than one") tables as data source (second menu). Then you can choose how you "want to view your data". Try it out!
