Query help

I'm making a query, and for the criteria under the Event field, I only want them to show up if its the same as one of the ones in the "Code" field of another query. I tried putting [zz MOS Stops]!

 in the Criteria, but it doesn't work. I'm very new to this, so help would be appreciated.

Try adding the other query to your new query, add a link from Code field in query 1 to whatever you are selecting from in current query.

in yourquery use the Code field from previous query and other fields as desired

Thanks. works great. Except I have a lot of multiple records.

Could be a variety of reasons
Best thing to do to start with is
open query in Design view
select SQL view
insert DISTINCT immediately after Select. Do not forget toleave a space.

Save query and have another look

If this does not solve your problem you need to look at your data. If itis not normalised correctly duplications are a real possibility
